A familiarisation visit is when our team experiences your property the way a couple would. It is how we ensure every Duoscape listing is genuine, and how we create the professional content that drives bookings.
What to expect
Duration
Usually 1-2 nights. We stay in your best couples suite or room.
What we do
Experience your dining, spa, activities, and surroundings exactly as a couple would. We try the couples perks you listed in your application.
Your photos
You upload your own property photos via the Partner Portal. We may take supplementary photos during the visit to help with your listing.
Assessment
We rate rooms, dining, experiences, couples vibe, service, and location. This helps us create accurate balance meters and match the right couples to your property.

After the visit
We create your professional Duoscape listing with photos from the visit, an accurate trip balance meter, confirmed couples perks, and a recommended price. You review and approve the listing before it goes live. Once live, pre-qualified couples start seeing your property in their Discover feed.
